Failure Pledge Campaign Launch video
I’m very eager for this documentary to be released - failure is the greatest band, ever.
What happened to the commentary that ken and greg done for the studio seasions. It was on youtube but gone now
that hard thing to describe was people negotiating feeling pathetic according to relevance of imposed persistence according to relevance or relevances of feeling involved ways accordingly for negotiating changes because of, or according to, (potentially hysterically,) inadequacy of efforts to ([expressively concur availability to more than persistiveness to change {for accommodating persistiveness's urge to settle relevance <of circumstantial hindrances to availability> to figure differences to</for> comparisons by comparing to figure differences of involvement by elaboration of circumstantial relevances accommodating or concurring <relevance ...|of •relevance of or about //according to past interactions's contradictive relevance\\?•> interactions of elaborated relevances differently accordingly} being overwhelmed by enduring contradictive circumstances by concern of interaction overwhelming persistiveness to change's exhaustive efforts to make desirable changes to be more settled about enough to] enjoy a difference and) make self appreciating changes (and be comfortable with one'sself, instead of enduring undesirable circumstances) according to some consistent relevance or relevances accordingly (... ...which could slur to interactive similarities because of feeling similarly discontented by elaborating being involved similarly?.) i want to talk to someone who could understand and not contradict nor curb it concedence just sucks sometimes
Where did the first verse go??
need to buy this cd
It's so good. So emotional.
Are there songs on this album about Ken's struggles with heroin? Yes. This is not one of them. It's literally about getting a song stuck in your head. And if memory serves, the exact song is "Nobody Does it Better" by Carly Simon which was the song from 'The Spy Who Loved Me' which is WHY THE MUSIC VIDEO LOOKS LIKE THE OPENING OF A JAMES BOND FILM.
Third Eye Blind/The All American Rejects vibes in this song 🤘🏼🎸🥁
I'll just say this: when I got Fantastic Planet for the first time, it made me forget that I also listened and loved to so many other bands and records for quite a long time. It simply took me to another dimension in many ways, they work together like very few other bands can. They're from another planet, a fantastic one.
Please boys, one more tour.
Saw them in LA in 2014 and Sacramento in 2019. Easily some of the best live mixes I've ever heard.
I would love to download this digitally, I rarely use a Blu Ray player these days 👽
What is shoe gaze?
I listened to Ken Andrews project "On" for ages.... never knowing this was him till a month or so ago.
I've only just discovered Failure in the last year. Been going on a deep dive. This is my favourite song on FP. It has such a doom feeling to it. That bass line is incredible
Brutal song long live Failure 🤘👽
I know this is an older video, but I would love to see more videos like this in the future - the ideation and development stages, seeing the collective creative genius at work. I love the unique stories behind each album. Hope there’s many more to come! ❤
One of my favorite songs ever,I remember when I purchased the cd.this was my loves favorite song at the time
I really want to watch this documentary. I am not sure where to find it or buy it?
Helmet, Failure Quicksand,FAR,At The Drive Inn, Snapecase,The Refused..... these bands shaped my taste of great music..
Don't forget HUM
I feel like I fly every time I hear them, they are something very special for me for the other guys, thank you very much for your music, greetings from Argentina🖤
I love you guys , from Argentina ❤️🔥✊🏽
Saw them in 96, Troy played the lead parts. Makes me appreciate the awesomeness of Greg even more today.
Has there been any update on this? They played this trailer during their last tour and it feels like forever ago.
Masterpiece. What a fuckin awesome band.
love this sm
If nostalgia had a sound, it would sound like Failure.
Kelli is such an awesome drummer. That bass tone too.... Incredible.
Solid as fuck. And groovy.
@@ChadSebald dude. this band means everything to me. i'm not sure they'll ever understand that. i don't really care. they are that good.
@@epidemika5054 they are definitely in my top list. So many songs have helped me through some times.. they hit hard on so many levels.
@@ChadSebald another day. another time this band helped me through it. 10/10
Masterpiece.
Such an underrated band, So damn great.
What is a shoe gaze? Just making up genres at this point. I laugh
I think it's a donut
What’s the arpeggiator pedal is being used on 1:03?
PERFECTION!!! 🖤🤍🖤 One of my all-time favorite songs!
Thunderously apocalyptic. One of the greatest Failure songs ever! This track kinda sums up everything about this band.
Yes! 2024 tour maybe!!!
2:33 those dreamy dissonant guitar notes floating over the heavy bass riff… this is why I love this band
I want to say thank you guys for being such an important part of my formative years. Your music continues to mean so much to me at such a visceral level. I hope you are all well, and please never leave me again.
Still new to these, but why does the music video cut the first verse?
I know absolutely every rock alternative song made in the 90s.
I’ve been out of the loop for failure. Last listened to their Golden demos because they took their newer stuff off Spotify but I adore magnified and fantastic planet. I’m feeling like I’ll love this album like I loved those
This band has helped me so much , thank you
Love this Video and the Music! 🖤
xx
I really don't understand all the hype around this band...it's OK music, nothing to write home about.
🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤
havent heard of this banger yet. OH MY
Their first album titled Comfort. Get it.
@@thesean3194 no i don’t 😭
I remember this band, great band. Oversold, over produced perfect combination for failure.
I remember hearing "Stuck On You" on the radio for the first time on my way to class as a senior in college (92x in Denver, 1996) and it blew me away. I had no idea who on earth Failure was at that point, but I couldn't get over the innovation and crushing sounds they made. It was unlike anything else. Really neat seeing Tommy Lee talk about how he likes Failure and was excited by new sounds. I knew Tommy was pretty cool. This helps cement it.
Troy Van Leeuwen and Queens of the Stone Age brought me here.
